EATCS Award Ceremony
Thursday, 14 July, 16h45m.
The EATCS Award is awarded in recognition of a distinguished career in theoretical computer science.
During ICALP'05,
Robin Milner (University of Cambridge, UK)
will receive the EATCS Distinguished Achievements Award 2005.
During the EATCS Award Ceremony, the
ICALP'05 Best Paper Awards will also
be publicly awarded.
Elsevier TCS 30th Anniversary Ceremony
Thursday, 14 July, 17h30m.
Special attention will be given to the 30th anniversary of
the journal Theoretical Computer Science.
During the ceremony, a prize will be awarded to the author
of the most highly cited article published in
TCS since Volume 1: Issue 1.
After the Elsevier TCS Ceremony, a cocktail will be offered
to attendees (courtesy of Elsevier).
